The personal data provided by the client will be part of files under the responsibility of Torla-Ordesa City Council. These files are used for the registration, provision and invoicing of the service, as well as for the promotion of the products and services of the City Council of Torla-Ordesa, all with the aim of offering a personalized and satisfactory service to the client in the provision of our services. Torla-Ordesa City Council undertakes, in the use of these data, to respect their confidentiality by accessing them only and exclusively for the purposes indicated above, as well as not to transfer them to third parties without their consent and to use them only for the purpose for which they were collected.
The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition may be exercised by writing addressed to Torla-Ordesa City Council.
Torla-Ordesa City Council has contracted the services of an independent third party, to ensure compliance with the obligations relating to the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December on the approval of the Regulation implementing the LOPD.
